Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help - within reason.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product has been opened, it is considered final sale.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email our customer service team at info@kamilahalready.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment (minus any shipping costs, if applicable).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
